032: Top 10 Video Games of 2011

Another year is just about behind us and Matt, Chris, and Janine start off the episode talking about what it means to have a mature mindset.  Is the stoic behavior encouraged by so many people really that ideal to have or is it ultimately harmful?  Moving on from that, we talk about Dragon Ball Z: Episode of Bardock.  This is a side-story spinoff of Dragon Ball that tells the story of what happened to Bardock after he was supposedly killed off by Freeza along with Planet Vegeta.  It was previously a 3-part manga now turned into an anime special.

We then get into the main topic.  Chris gives his top ten videogames of 2011 which may be surprising to some with its inclusion of various handheld and more obscure titles.  Let us know how you feel about these and submit your own top 10.  Matt and Janine give their opinions where applicable, we discuss some honorable mentions, and some various other games that came out during the year.  We then begin to discuss the newly released Legend of Zelda timeline followed up by the normal Q&A.

I said in the comments of the last episode that I’ll leave my questions on the Facebook page and mt thoughts on the show itself on the website, but if you really want me to sneak questions in i will, hmm I guess I do use run-on sentences a lot, oh well.

Anyways this was a funny episode, especially the end when Chris was singing.

I already posted this but I figured I should post it on the new episode.
    my questions
    1) How does Sonic Generations compare to the classic sonic games like Sonic CD or Sonic 3?

    2) Do you guys play any musical instrument?

    3) Did Caleb die?
